I’m excited to share the new website I designed for AGILINA, an HR company specializing in recruitment, organizational support, and job seeker guidance.

About the process in a nutshell:During the design phase, we identified two distinct target audiences — businesses seeking customized recruitment solutions and individuals looking for career support. Based on this insight, I developed a new information hierarchy to create a seamless and intuitive experience for both.

The site’s core pages include an internal navigation menu that adapts dynamically to the content, ensuring smooth and user-friendly browsing. The logo colors were refined to enhance contrast and readability.

To reflect the essence of agility — central to Agilina’s identity — I chose a transforming background that symbolizes adaptability and forward movement. Combined with authentic imagery of people, it highlights the personal and human touch Agilina brings to the HR world.
