OVERVIEW
Cupixel is a startup I worked in for the past 2.5 years. The product is both physical - an art box and digital - an app. The purpose is for every person to paint any picture he wishes without any talent or previous art experience. The app uses augmented reality technology to show the sketch outline on the screen of the device.
In the new in app gallery, I added categories (filters) for the user to choose a topic of interest, making the use more personalized and specific.
MINI GALLERIES
Another goal was to create mini galleries for Cupixel's artists, promoting them and making the gallery more personal. I added their personal info inside the gallery's grid, changing it a bit - in some places the content spreads on two rectangles instead of one. This was a solution which saved development precious time, as the initial thought was to create a separate section for the mini galleries.
CUPIXEL ART BOX
We noticed some users get the box but don't start their art project and the box stays untouched. Wanted to address this issue, we thought of a few possible pain points and addressed them. We added to the box's design messages to encourage the users to start their art project.
WELCOME NOTE
When the user receives the art box, he will find the thank you note inside the box. The purpose of it is to explain in 4 easy steps about the process he will go through. The note connects the physical (art box) to the digital (mobile app).

BUSINESS CARDS
I used the final result of the product itself in the business cards. Anyone can paint his own selfie with the art box and app.
